# My Mandamus Lawyer

> My Mandamus Lawyer is the federal mandamus practice of Gozel Law Firm PC (Clifton, NJ and Vienna, VA), led by managing attorney Arif Gozel, Esq. We file mandamus and APA lawsuits against USCIS, the National Visa Center and U.S. consulates for clients in all 50 states. In 2026 alone, the firm filed more than 500 federal lawsuits in 57 federal district courts. Flat attorney fee of $5,000 for a typical case, plus the $405 federal filing fee; a response to a government motion to dismiss is not included. Most cases resolve within 30–60 days of filing.
